I succeeded to switch ISP
“ISP” stands for Internet Service Provider, as you know. In few months, I have succeeded to switch my IPS. As a result, I have gotten the high speed Internet!. That is amazing. Recently, I couldn’t realize that the real speed of broadband internet service, because I misunderstood that today internet was very low speed. But that was only my misunderstood. That caused by a low quality ISP.
Lake Miyazawa
Today, I went to Lake Miyazawa. First, I got lost as to whether I should go or not, because the weather was not good, little rainy. My purpose was to take a hot spring, of course. The facility of hot spring is lake miyazawa kirari villa. They say that their hot spring is very high alkaline, but unfortunately i didn’t feel that not so much. But the scene from a bus tab was very beautiful.
How to Take Protein?
After weight training, trainers take proteins for increasing their muscle. I wonder how much proteins I have to take and when I take it. There are many suggestions that the timing and amount to take proteins. Also they say that it is the golden time to take it within 30min after weight training. But I thought that is not a right idea, because I felt to take something we cannot to get their nutritional as soon. I want to try several timing to take it.
Recovering My iPhone!
Today, I went to Apple Store at Omotesando to repair my iPhone’s screen. Store’s staff was very kindly, thanks. And the battery of it died fast, because that was deteriorated. I found it to be diagnosed by the staff. The cost to repair was not so reasonable, but recovering my iPhone makes me happy. So the cost is not problem for me. I promise that to use my smart phone little carefully.

Oops, I forgot to buy a fuji rock ticket of second day. It was already sold out. Uhmm…
