Difficult to Continue Using English
As you know, to use English continually in Japan is difficult for Japanese, because using English is not necessary for us. And we can’t have any motivation using English in daily life. So they say that if you want to improve your English you should put yourself into an environment where you have to use English. I think that’s right. But it is difficult for businesspersons, because we have to learn or study new technologies and businesses. I wonder how to continue using English in my daily life. One solution is writing blog or twitter, uhmm but that is not suitable for me lol.
Weight Training
I go to a public gym where is located near my house on weekend. I train mainly using machine, because I afraid to be injured doing free weight training or using smith machine. I know doing free weight training is better than using machine training. I check my body status using Inbody that is the one of the most famous calculate system for your body. I go to calculate at Ikebukuro where is the biggest city of west Tokyo and the most popular for people living Saitama prefecture.
Morning Seven
Seven Eleven that is one of the biggest convenience store will start morning campaign that is to buy coffee and popular bread together, you can buy them on ¥200. Discount cost is about ¥30. Generally, the cost of buying coffee and bread is ¥300 - ¥500 at coffee shop. So that campaign is reasonable one. I often buy my breakfast at Family Mart on weekdays because there is only famima while commuting around my office.
One issue is that I don’t like breads of Seven Eleven very much because these are very small and more expensive than other convenience store’s one, so I feel these are very expensive. For me, sandwiches are better than breads in this campaign. I like sandwiches of Seven Eleven because that quality is higher than other convenience store’s one, good taste.
Fasting
I tried a fasting this weekend. In the past time, I tried the fasting, so not first time. When I tell the fasting, they often say “Is that hard for body? Is it danger?”. My answer is no. Not hard for your body and if you observe the period for the fasting, that is very secure.
My fasting style is continuing during only 3days, not 1 week or more over. In my under stand, that is the controllable period my own house. They say if you continue fasting over 1 week, you have to come special facilitate for fasting.
During the fasting, my intestine is growling lol. I don’t know the reason. But I feel that I’m getting health maybe.

As you know, Niantic updated Pokemon GO. So you can catch and see 2gen pokemons.
Trainers come back
In japan, very few trainers played Pokemon GO before updated 2gen pokemons. But after updated, there are a lot of blooming pokestop. Trainers come back to play.
In my case
I caught 2gen’s pokemons over 15 species.
Bugs
Unfortunately, there are huge bugs in Pokemon GO. When I execute this app, it freezes certainly. Very stressful.

Do you know Kemono Friends? That is really buzzing in Japanese animation cluster. In my opinion, Kemono Friends is very chaos animation ( of course, that is good mean!). I think many people can’t understand that’s background and means. That is extremely deep! Now I can’t understand what is friends and sandstar???
Impression
Some people is analyzing what is Kemono Friends. And they think deeply its meanings. One of the background of Kemono Friends is that after human extinction, so ending animation is photos of ruins of several area. And also this has another meaning, Kemono Friends originated from the game for smart phone. But this game has already terminated.
Admiration easy to remember
すごーい、たのしーい. That means amazing, exciting, like that. So people who watch Kemono Friends don’t have to think any. They only say “Sugo-i”,“Tanoshi-i”. That’s all!
Kawaii
Serval cat who is heroine of Kemono Friends. Many people who depend on Kemono Friends say that Serval-chan is amazingly cute. She is very honest, naive and light. So many people are healing from her smile.
Breakfast @ Sukiya
Breakfast at fast food restaurant
In weekend, I often go to Sukiya that is one of the biggest Beef bowl restaurant to have a breakfast. Like below link you can have a breakfast on very reasonable price. But I can’t find english menu on official web site.

The cheapest menu is Rice with raw egg in Japanese “TKG”, that price is around ¥250 ( different price in each restaurant ). But last year, the price was ¥210 or ¥220. So that price was increased. And one small bowl was also changed. Hijiki (edible brown algae) bowl was changed to potato salad. I’m disappointed this change, because to eat marine alga is difficult daily dishes.
